My entire career has been in building renovations and it’s not something that can be taught, it is learned because most hidden space is thought to be unusable. Sometimes it’s the oldest building on a college campus, sometimes it’s an old camp in Maine. I know how to grab every inch available to make the space accessible, usable, and fun if you want.

We provide design drawings so your contractor or builder can give you an estimate for your project, and ultimately provide construction drawings that will be used to build your project. I am passionate about finishes and materials and can guide you through the process of making the design decisions that are right for you.
